Psychic Readings from The
Psychic Internet often feature images drawn from the
I Ching Oracle. To offer supplementary
information about these images for our clients,
and for the public, we have provided this archive
of brief articles.

the I Ching Oracle, click here.
The
abstract images of the I Ching Oracle (usually
called "hexagrams") symbolize all of
the related and interacting aspects of reality.
In the following excerpts from actual Psychic Readings, the images of the I Ching
are discussed.

Inner Truth
In the
first of the two images from our I Ching Oracle,
we find the image of Inner Truth. This refers to
the truth that is spoken by an inner
voice that you can only hear by turning
inward. No. I should rather say, inward and
upward, for in the commentary that Confucius
appended to one specific aspect of the image of
Inner Truth, he said: The team horse goes
astray. It separates from its kind and goes
upward.
Indeed,
Confucius is here referring to the verse that is
highlighted specifically for you by todays
Reading from the image of Inner Truth. In that
verse, the oracle says, The moon nearly at
the full. The team horse goes astray. No
blame." There are some basic conclusions
that you should take from this about your
situation at work. The first is the confirmation
given to you by the oracle that says: yes, YOU
are the chosen person in your current
environment. You are perceiving it as a kind of
victimization, just as in Jewish humor we hear
the poor despised scapegoat say, Please,
God, wont you choose someone else for a
change. But, remember also the words of an
old proverb, birds pick only at fruitful
trees. You have gone astray from the point
of view of your fellow workers, but this is only
because you hearken to a higher cause. Is this
not so? Yes, it is. We will answer this question
for you even if, in your understandable condition
of doubt, you cannot. The oracle is most clear on
this point: YOU are NOT to blame.
You will
be amused, I am quite sure, in hearing the
so-called Judgment associated with the image of
Inner Truth. In that verse, the oracle says,
Inner Truth. Pigs and fishes. Good fortune.
It furthers one to cross the great water.
Perseverance furthers. Now, I dont
see why the ancients had to single out the pigs
and fishes as being particularly insensitive to
the charms of truth, but that happens to be the
meaning of this curious and ironic allusion.
Inner Truth is not for everybody. But you can be
sure that it will result in good
fortune for you. Persevere in your position
with dignity, confidence, and optimism. We can
assure you that the end result, the final working
out of your situation, will take you to a much
more satisfying and enjoyable rung on the
upward-climbing ladder of your professional
success in life. You will soon see the truth of
what is being said here, in the form of a new
opportunity that will carry you forward on the
next upward-turning cycle of your development.
For the time being, take heed also of the words
in the preceding paragraph about the moon being
nearly at the full. When it is full,
which will be soon, the darkness of night will be
supplanted with light. Here, where I am writing,
in the mountains, when the moon is full, and when
white snow covers the forest slopes, it seems as
if day has dawned at midnight. Picture that in
your mind, and KNOW that soon things will be
clarified on your path forward. The moon never
fails to pass through its phases, waxing and
waning, never ceasing its revolutions. Your life
will see no exceptions to this principle of
change. Count on it.
