The Gentle
What is the right way to handle
things under the circumstances? The image of The
Gentle tells you how. In your situation,
diplomacy is the key. Avoid direct conflict in
all situations. Be rather indirect when utmost
candor would only rouse enmity. Have faith in
yourself, but do not look for confidence from
others. Content yourself with being in a
subordinate position for the time being. This is
NOT the time to show your individuality to the
world, to insist on it, and drive for personal
satisfaction. This time TOO shall pass. Know your
limits and the nature of your position. Be small
now, so that later you can be big. Above all, get
in touch with your deeper motivations. Understand
WHO you are, and honor your NEEDS. When you
breakthrough to another side of things in your
profession, your doubts will disappear. Through
faith, constancy, and perseverance you will
“breakthrough” to a new and much more
positive position in life.
