Psychic Readings from The
Psychic Internet often feature images drawn from the
I Ching Oracle. To offer supplementary
information about these images for our clients,
and for the public, we have provided this archive
of brief articles.

the I Ching Oracle, click here.
The
abstract images of the I Ching Oracle (usually
called "hexagrams") symbolize all of
the related and interacting aspects of reality.
In the following excerpts from actual Psychic
Readings, the image of The Creative is discussed.

The Creative
The image
of The Creative is the first image in the entire
collection of 64 images. It is understood as a
reflection of the idea of Heaven, perhaps of an
Ideal Divinity, or, if you prefer, the Yang
impulse in the Universe, which is creative
through inspiration, intelligence, spiritual
power, and freedom from material burdens and
constraints. The image of the Creative is paired,
of course, with the image of The
Receptive, the
second image in the collection, reflecting the
Earth, the Yin impulse, or material existence,
and Nature in all of its abundant beauty.
The
Creative and The Receptive are not polar opposites; they are a
complimentary pair. Their mutual interaction in
the dance of Heaven and Earth accounts for
everything in the Universe. Thus, these two
images, The Creative and The
Receptive, are
highly significant when they appear in a Psychic
Reading. They denote a moment of the most
profound significance. Perhaps the appearance of
The Creative has a more emphatic sense of high
good fortune associated with it. After all, it
brings with it a sense of the ultimate essence of
life and experience. It represents the First
Cause, so to speak, with its aura of fate and
destiny. It promises the REAL influence of Divine
Power in your situation. With the appearance of
this image in your Reading, the I Ching Oracle
says, very simply, The Force is with
you.
